The JG team can renovate all aspects of our client’s homes – inside and out. One such service we provided to a client on Sydney’s Northern Beaches was recladding and painting the exterior of their property.
We were originally contracted by the client to renovate their main bathroom and ensuite (read about it here »). The client mentioned that the exterior cladding of the property was very old, damaged and required replacement. We suggested our team undertake the recladding whilst our tradespeople were onsite. This solution meant the client didn’t have to live amid construction works any longer than was necessary.
Our team removed all the existing timber weatherboards which were in extreme disrepair and had been subjected to ongoing water damage. This was replaced by hard-wearing fibre cement cladding, a hard wearing product that requires very little ongoing maintenance.
Our painters then painted the new cladding in a light grey that complimented the Colorbond roof and white timber trims.
